Orders and processing:
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier.

 

Shipping: 

Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout.

Once your package leaves our hands, responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier. If your package is marked “delivered” but you cannot locate it, please contact your local post office or carrier directly.

Returns and exchanges:
We gladly accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided:

✔ Item is unworn
✔ Item is unused
✔ Original tags are still attached
✔ Item is in original condition

To initiate a return, please contact us first.

Important:
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once your return is inspected and approved.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.
